Since serving on the School Improvement Team I have learned a lot about our district and the goals of educators, students, parents, and community members alike. I research the topics on the agenda, listen to all perspectives, and make decisions based on facts and measured data. I believe this type of collaborative approach toward education is essential to serving the needs of our students and improving educational outcomes, and school committee members can work together to listen to one another and prioritize the children and families of the Chariho School District.

I have over 15 years of cost accounting experience in the private sector, working in both general contracting and construction trades. I specialize in analyzing, developing, and implementing standard operating procedures built to streamline company operations, reduce cost overruns, and increase margins. I am adept at creating and managing complex cost accounting systems for commercial and residential construction projects from the conceptual design phase through punch-list/close-outs. I believe my expertise and industry knowledge in the construction field would be an asset to the committee as Chariho continues to pursue capital improvements throughout the district.
