The agenda item regarding a bill of $30,410 from our auditors for "Out of Scope Services" was postponed until the regular March 13 Council meeting, awaiting information on when the out of scope services were approved and what the charges are for.
The Parks and Recreation Commission was expanded to a maximum of 11 members and 2 positions are available for residents who would like to volunteer.
The Ad Hoc Town Administrator Search Committee was created and 9 positions are available for residents who would like to volunteer. Desired qualifications for members of the search committee will be discussed at the February 27 Council meeting. Desired qualifications for Town Administrator applicants will be discussed at the March 13 meeting. The members of the search committee are also expected to be appointed at the March 13 meeting.

The next Council meeting will be on Thursday, February 16. This will be an Executive Session meeting considering potential and pending litigation. A Council meeting on February 27 was mentioned but no agenda is available yet.
