The Council and Planning Commission generally agreed to trim back the work to building standards only in a first phase, with a goal for the work proposal to be reviewed in April.

This meeting was a presentation and discussion of the Operational and Organizational Assessment of the Town’s financial processes and internal controls that was done by Clifton Larson Allen LLP. They looked at the Town's offices of Treasurer, Tax Assessor, and Tax Collector.
A number of organizational shortcomings were discussed. In particular the lack of a Human Resources trained person in Town Staff (as employee, contractor consultant) was pointed out as an important deficiency. There was a lot of additional discussion that will likely lead to improvements in Town processes.
