Thursday, May 9: Food Trucks arrive at Ninigret Park! Get a bite, socialize with your friends, and be sure to see the Dambo Trolls, from 5 -8 p.m.

Saturday, May 11: The Arbutus Garden Club will hold their annual plant sale at Saint James Parish Center, 2079 Matunuck School House Road, from 8AM
to 12:00 noon. More details here.
Saturday, May 11: Bring your kiddos to Ninigret Park for the Teddy Bear Picnic from 11 a.m. until 1 p.m. Bring a lunch and a favorite stuffed animal and all the kids will have a blast! Register here (free).
May 30: This is the deadline for artists and other vendors to request space for the July 20 First Annual Ninigret Arts and Crafts Show. If interested contact Lauren Classey at laurenclassey@gmail.com.
Wednesdays June 5 through August 28: Children's Hour at the Tomaquag Museum from 10 - 11 a.m. exploring the theme of food sovereignty from an Indigenous perspective. More information here.
Saturday June 15: Block Party at Columbia Heights Memorial Field (51 Columbia Heights Road) from 10 a.m. until noon. Fun for the entire family - all Charlestown residents are welcome. Free activities include face painting, carnival games, inflatable obstacle course, ice cream, fire truck "touch-a-truck", and more!
