The Charlestown Town Council is having their second meeting of June on Monday, June 26 starting at 7:00 pm.

The 7 pm meeting will be preceded by an Executive Session at 6:15 to interview and discuss a candidate for the open Town Treasurer position.
This meeting seems relatively straightforward, with these topics:
Possible Town Treasurer appointment if the 6:15 pm Executive Session goes well.
Discussion of the ownership of the Churchwoods affordable housing units. There has been a bit of an issue about who is responsible for the development during a recent septic system failure.
Potential award of the bid for development of Commercial and Village Design Standards.
Discussion of what action if any to take regarding possible amendments to Charlestown's Accessory Dwelling Unit Ordinance, now that the State legislature took no action to modify State law in the session just ended.
