Things are changing daily and we can all be overwhelmed trying to follow it all.
A good source of news important to all citizens is the daily press briefing by Governor Gina Raimondo. These are usually held at 1 pm but the time has varied. Governor Raimondo's Facebook page is a good source of information about these press conferences and other information. At least one of the local television stations broadcast her press conferences live. There website announces the times in advance (for example Channel 10, Channel 12).
The Governor is signing many executive orders during this crisis. The list of them can be seen here. They are often easy to understand and reading them can clear up confusion.
The RI Department of Health has a page here with lots of good information. It is updated regularly.
